Voon Yee is a clinical psychologist who is registered with the Malaysian Society of
Clinical
Psychology. She obtained her Master of
Clinical
Psychology from the National University of Malaysia in 2011 and has been practicing as a
Clinical
Psychologist in UKM Medical Centre since 2012.
Voon Yee has been working with many children and young adults on a range of neurodevelopmental issues, like ADHD, learning disorders, behavioural issues and etc. She also conducts psychometric assessments to conclude a formal diagnosis. Besides that, she provides assessment and psychotherapy for those with diverse mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, adjustment problem, trauma, grief and others.
Her interest is in grief, trauma and expressive art therapy. She offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, behavioural management, Therapeutic Play session, parenting skills and group support session to children, parents and adults.
