Melody has been working with children and adolescents for more than seven years now. She began her journey as a tuition teacher cum personal tutor and later on stepped into the mental health industry looking into the interest of working with individuals with invisible illness. Melody is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) at Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is expanding her interests into merging systematic therapy protocols with her warm personality as her unique style.

She specializes in working with children and adolescents. Her warm personality and life experience give her strong advantage of working and connecting well with the minors. She also works with clients of other population such as adults, families, and also population from various cultural and lower socio-economical background. She was professionally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and psychological assessments during her training in Kajang Hospital and Department of Psychiatry, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She gained experiences in working with clients of various mental disorders including obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and a wide range of neurodevelopment disorders. Additionally, she also facilitated workshops on a range of topics (eg. emotion regulation, procrastination, self-esteem) as well as parenting skills trainings for parents.
